On 17th of March 2022 we’ve made a harsh and immediate decision of our intention to dispose our bussiness in the EASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRY, which currently DOES NOT EXIST (which means the end of our activities in that area since 31st of March 2022-MFK KORPORACJA LLC), which shall be find necessary and fair in actual circumstances.
Furthermore, as the majority shareholder of the MFK KORPORACJA LLC we have passed a resolution of opening the process of liquidation of the above mentioned Company. When the whole process will be finished we will not be present in the territory of the EASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRY, which currently DOES NOT EXIST.
